18歳以上のこの部門では、実際に社会に対して役立つ奉仕ができるよう自己研鑽を積みながら自らを高めていきます。
また、身体的、知的、社会的、精神的な面での成長を促進し、すべてのスカウトの模範となるべく行動します。
また、仲間と共に、国内外でのボランティア活動にも参加しています。
